Stellar Jays

...are a new alt-country rock band from Seattle. Originally hailing from Virginia, Texas, Washington and California, the Stellar Jays bring a variety of rock, Americana, country and indie musical influences together into melodic and energetic original songs. The band’s influences include Wilco, Turnpike Troubadours, Old 97s and Neil Young among many others. “I started writing again for the first time in years during the pandemic,” said Brian Siems, Stellar Jays lead songwriter, “and together with the band have put together a sound we’re proud of and excited to bring to the stage.” The Stellar Jays are Brian Siems, Brian Besand, Bob Congleton, Tim Schuringa and Alison Perkins.
